Generate Group, a fast-growing corporate group specializing in advanced software solutions in the Nordic region, announced today that Charlotte Eriksson has assumed the role of CEO. She succeeds Geir Sandaker, who is returning to his previous position as Head of the Norwegian market.
With a background in both software development and business development, Charlotte brings valuable expertise at a time when Generate is continuing to grow and strengthen its position in the Nordics.
- Charlotte’s experience, strategic insight, and strong leadership make her the ideal person to lead Generate forward. Despite a challenging market, we have continued to grow our business. We are now entering a new phase of growth and consolidation, where Charlotte’s background will be a major asset to the organization, says Birgitta Elfversson, Chair of the Board at Generate Group.
- I’m honored and grateful for the trust placed in me to lead Generate forward. In a short time, the group has built a strong position with very high service quality and impressive expertise. I now look forward to continuing to develop the business together with the team – building on what we already have, strengthening collaboration between the companies, and creating even more value for our customers, says Charlotte Eriksson, new CEO of Generate Group.
In recent months, Generate has acquired two new companies, Spinner Labs and Spinit, and today consists of nine specialist firms in software development, with a total of around 300 employees. Revenue has grown from SEK 150 million to nearly SEK 430 million in two years, with a goal of reaching SEK 1.5 billion by 2028.
