About Business Area South
In the region, Business Area South, the group currently has four companies and offices in Gothenburg, Växjö, and Ronneby, with plans to expand further.
The Role
As Head of Business Area South, you will take a central role in driving the region’s development and success.
Your responsibilities include:
• Consolidated P&L responsibility for the group’s companies in the region
• Leading the regional management team and building strong collaboration across companies
• Driving strategy work, business development, and joint initiatives
• Being part of Generate Group’s management team and shaping the group’s overall direction
• Developing strong customer relationships and contributing to sales growth
This is a role where you combine strategic leadership with hands-on business development, and where your impact will be clearly visible in both results and culture.
Your Profile
We believe you bring:
• Proven leadership experience, including P&L and personnel responsibility – ideally from the IT or digital services industry
• Solid experience in strategy, change management, and consulting within digital services
• Strong leadership skills that create engagement, trust, and collaboration
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
• A commercial mindset with the ability to build lasting customer relationships and drive growth
