Product Management

In order to succeed in their digital endeavors with the ability to deliver new digital services and features fast and efficiently, Cloud Enablers established a modern organization for agile software development. This meant securing a solid value stream from strategy to technical needs, transforming this to technical requirements, systems design, and modern development iterations. This was orchestrated by CI/CD methods and infrastructure as code, enabling the customer to both succeed and fail fast.

Change Management

Cloud Enablers led the customer, from a business perspective, consolidating several business areas into one way-of-working for call-off and follow-up of field work on electrical assets executed by external procured contractors. Cloud Enablers led the business with project management, process development, as well as securing acceptance of the new way of working.

Digital Innovation & Cloud Development

The customer wanted to move towards predictive maintenance of electrical assets, leaving Excel sheets and PDFs behind. Cloud Enablers helped the customer in this transformation by building an easy-to-use field app for collecting asset data by technicians and securing the entire digital data stream utilizing cloud services and analytic tools - creating a solid foundation for data-driven decision making.
