The company is growing steadily, with annual revenues of approximately SEK 35 million, strong profitability, and around 25 employees.
The buyer, Generate Group, is an expanding corporate group aiming to become a leading provider of high-end software development and IT services in the Nordic region and Northern Europe. Generate focuses on building a profitable, stable, and business-critical organization by uniting the very best developers and consultants in high-end IT. In addition to Cloud Enablers, the group currently includes Systematiq, Piktiv, Mirado, Swace Digital, and Stockholm Code Group.
