Newly established Generate Group acquires six Swedish IT consulting companies
Aiming to become a leading player in software development and IT consulting services
Today, Generate Group announced the acquisition of six prominent Swedish companies within software development and IT services. Founded together with Aspira Partners in the spring of 2023, Generate aims to build a profitable, stable, and business-critical organization that, through acquisitions, brings together Sweden’s top consultants in customized software and IT services under one roof.
“In a short time, we have successfully established a robust group of companies that, through collaboration, can streamline processes and deliver increased value to our customers. Over the past year, the group has achieved stable growth and profitability despite a weaker market, which demonstrates the strength of our model and the quality of the companies within the group,” says Carl Lindberg, CEO of Generate Group.
Generate has acquired several of Sweden’s leading companies in their respective niches, now including Cloud Enablers, Systematiq, Piktiv, Mirado, Swace Digital, and Stockholm Code Group. Together, the group has a combined turnover of SEK 250 million and nearly 250 developers and IT consultants operating across the country, with offices in Örebro, Gothenburg, Skövde, Ronneby, Uppsala, and Stockholm.
